3 s2 J% a! J5 A# v: u　　父亲和母亲仳离以后，少年凯（下田翔大 配音）跟从着父亲返回了依山傍海的故乡，和以做伞为业的祖父一路起头了新的生活。家庭的变故让凯闷闷不乐，只要在编曲的时辰，凯才可以找回一点点久违的欢畅。游步（寿美菜子 配音）和国夫（齐藤壮马 配音）发现了凯的音乐才华，热情的约请他加入他们的乐队“塞壬”。
/ {( L/ D+ [/ m6 H% n/ j　　某天夜里，凯所演奏的乐曲吸引来了一只名为露（谷花音 配音）的人鱼，很快的，露和凯便成为了朋友。可是，在村子里，人鱼是不祥的意味，它们的出现常常预示着灾难和灭亡。终究，露的身份还是曝光了，小镇上的居民们很快便分为了两派，一派被露天真天真的舞姿所感动，而另一派则果断的想要将人鱼驱逐出人类的天下。
