◎简 介
大卫（Luke Wilson 饰）与艾米（Kate Beckinsale 饰）是一对刚履历了丧子之痛的夫妻，为了纪念他们行将分化的婚姻，两人驾车行驶在茫茫夜色中，停止他们最初的分手观光。为抄近路，大卫拐入了一条偏僻小路，但是行驶未几车子即宣布故障，一位半夜时分仍未眠去的年轻人出现帮助了他们，但题目仍未处理。大卫与艾米不能不步行到一家汽车旅店休息。
旅店内空无一人，值班室内传出使人毛骨悚然的尖啼声，值班员大咧咧的封闭了电视录像，将两人放置在一间拐角的房间，房间设备陈旧龌龊，大卫在翻看电视柜内遗留的录像带时发现内容尽是极为写实的血腥电影，但是更使人震动的是电影内的场景清楚就是他们入住的房间！这家旅店无疑是杀戮搭客建造录像带的变态乐园。因而清凉的夜里，夫妻俩唯一要面临的是自己的保存题目。
