◎简　　介
　　1942年，第二次天下大战如火如荼，此时的日本在亚洲各疆场所向无敌，无往晦气。在南洋爪哇岛的热带森林中，一所日军战俘看管所伫立于此，陆军大尉世野井（坂本龙一饰）和大原上士（北野武饰）配合治理看管所。大原风格粗鲁，刻毒无情，他看待欧美战俘历来不留人情，而对于那些有同性恋偏向的人更残暴至极。相比之下，边幅俊美的世野则显得名流很多。英国陆军少佐杰克（David Bowie 饰）潇洒俊朗。他的第一次出现便让世野心有所动。同性之风流行的战俘营中，几多感情不能便宜。在接下来的日子里，两小我盘桓在家国恩怨和小我感情之间，相互心中停止着辛劳而残暴的角力……
