　　经心打造的复仇故事
　　报告老好报酬家庭复仇的《遵法百姓》，虽然故事大要听上去无甚出格，不外编剧声势却不能不说是强大。科特·维莫、大卫·阿耶、谢尔顿·特纳、弗兰克·德拉邦特四位编剧数度点窜剧本才终极成形。其中担任第一版剧本编剧工作的科特·维莫说起这段故事时说：“《遵法百姓》的故事最初是由我来构想的，那时的故事很简单，只是一个关于身负深仇大恨的孤独豪杰若何匹敌全部社会的悲剧故事，但当全部电影的拍摄工作进入轨道之前，弗兰克·德拉邦特找到了我，他以为这个故事还有点窜的能够性，他对我说，‘你可别介意我叫上其他人来改你的故事’，我对他说，我不会，我实在是信赖你，你就随意拿去改吧。而他实在很尊重我，全部故事并没有太大的行为，但他们加入的一些新剧情简直让全部故事加倍标致。”
　　本片原定计划的导演是弗兰克·德拉邦特，这位已经执导过《肖申克的救赎》、《绿里奇迹》等典范之作的导演同时也是本片编剧之一，虽然终极他退出了本片的执导工作，不外对于电影自己而言他还是寄与厚望：“当我拿到剧本的时辰，我看过以后被深深的吸引，随后我决议要把全部故事写得加倍的合适我心目里一部犯罪电影的样子，而最初出来的剧本也让我很是满足。《遵法百姓》有一个很是不错的演员组合，杰拉德·巴特勒和杰米·福克斯很是合适这个故事里的脚色，而且对于观众而言，这个组合的感受是很是新颖的，我感觉他们二人是本片可以出色的一个重要身分，特别是当这个故事报告着有关于受害与复仇的时辰，杰拉德·巴特勒和杰米·福克斯都能在这个故事里恰如其分的找到合适于自己的位置。”
　　已经执导过《撕裂的末日》、《致命紫罗兰》等片的科特·维莫谈及本片导演人选的变更时，暗示：“我很迷恋行动电影，所以我也写了很多行动电影的故事剧本。《遵法百姓》报告的是一个复仇故事，由F·加里·格雷来执导让我很安心，由于他之前拍摄的《偷天换日》很出色，那也是一个有关于复仇的故事，所以我感觉他把拍摄《偷天换日》的劲头放到《遵法百姓》里来是相当合适的一件事。”
　　银幕硬汉的出色对决
