◎简 介
在尼比鲁星球探查时代，企业号舰长柯克（克里斯·派恩Chris Pine 饰）为救援史波克（扎克瑞·昆图 Zachary Quinto 饰）采纳了轻举妄动的行为，几近危及全舰队员的生命，他也为此支出价格。未几，柯克官复原职，而伦敦发生一路灭亡跨越四十人的可骇攻击事务。该事务的始作俑者约翰·哈里森（本尼迪克特·康伯巴奇 Benedict Cumberbatch 饰）正来自同盟内部。尔后他驾驶飞机攻击了高层会议，柯克最为恭敬的派克将军不幸遇难。为了阻止哈里森的外逃诡计，柯克重新率领企业号出发追击。危机重重的旅途，他和舰员、朋友之间的信赖也遭到庞大考验。
