《我，弗兰肯斯坦》与《名流大同盟》（League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen）类似，也是把一群原本生活在分歧文艺作品里的典范人物集合到了一个故事里，所分歧的是，《我，弗兰肯斯坦》里调集的全都是怪物。除了题目人物《科学怪人》中的“弗兰肯斯坦”外，还有《钟楼怪人》里的“卡西莫多”（the Hunchback of Notre Dame），《隐身人》里的“隐身人”（the Invisible Man），《吸血鬼》里的“德古拉”（Dracula），《化身博士》里的“海德师长”（Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde）等等。7 ?, p' a( L1 u& F

to the creature. Then she explains to Adam that there is an ancient war * q& @2 ]5 w4 }9 _( _( c
between the Gargoyles that are angels and demons under the command of the Prince 0 z! F; t, M2 C, J) z2 }
Naberius. She also invites Adam to join the Gargoyles in the war against demons,
