　　青年龙（沈震轩 饰）和女友敏（庄思敏 饰）、好友强（陆骏光 饰）和芬（曾淑雅 饰）合股开了一家电脑软件公司，可是经营一年公司毫无进项。阿龙被高利贷逼得无处存身，阿强大发雷霆要和阿龙散伙，小敏身怀有孕，却苦于现状筹算断掉和孩子的这份缘分。正当他们的关系接近解体之际，打扮讲求的黄太（鲍起静 饰）找上门来，她宣称儿子曾开辟一款碟仙软件，但在完成前夜车祸归天。黄太儿子称这款软件能赚大钱，为了完成儿子的心愿，她找到阿龙等人聘请他们继续完成这款邪门的软件。
