　　平常百姓的房贷在金融市场上，以几十倍甚至上百倍的价格被炒作着。对冲基金推波助澜，当房产泡沫终极被吹爆的瞬间，华尔街的上市公司Bear Stearns(贝尔斯登)瞬间公布破产，政府扶持的房贷公司，无数投资人的资金瞬间蒸发。而一切不幸也成为了少数人敛财的机遇，银里手JP Morgan暗箱操纵，以$2每股的极低价格买入贝尔斯登(当日市值为$20多每股)，而美国政府的Bail-Out(救急资金)则变相的以薪水和年关奖再次入了高层CEO和资产具有者们的钱包。某些人以卖空操纵，在贝尔斯登破产前的一周内，以$170万的投资盈利$2.5亿，就如9/11可骇攻击前的几天，有人卖空事发航空公司获得巨额回报一样，似乎早有人预知了一切，而这2次极异常的卖空操纵都必须经过证监机构确认后才可以实行。
