简　　介  

　　某日，巡警约翰（史蒂芬·鲍德温 Stephen Baldwin 饰）在陌头偶遇了一位毒贩，约翰误以为毒贩想要进犯自己，便率先对其开了枪，哪晓得毒贩的身上底子就没有兵器，这也就以为着，约翰作为差人，杀死了一个手无寸铁的人，期待着他的，将会是严厉的判决。
　　此时，某位奥秘人物现身，帮助约翰离开了窘境，作为价格，约翰必须加入他所带领的一个特勤小组当中。此小组风格极为刻毒，履利用命之时实行格杀勿论的政策，约翰对此非常反感，却也无可何如。一次行动中，约翰放走了一个无辜的脱衣舞娘肯蒂（蒂亚·卡雷尔 Tia Carrere 饰），行动小组得知此事，遂对肯蒂倡议了追杀行动。
