　　本部改编自莫扎特著名歌剧《魔笛》的剪纸动画短片，围绕捕鸟人帕帕盖诺，报告了一段有情人终成家属的恋爱故事。男仆人公帕帕盖诺是个欢畅的捕鸟人，在森林中他相逢了美丽的少女，两人敏捷坠入爱河。可是凶悍的巨蛇却带走了他的爱人。历经一段含辛茹苦后，帕帕盖诺终究同他所倾慕的少女一路，起头了光亮而美好的幸运生活。
　　这部建造于1935年的剪纸动画短片，由德国女导演洛特·雷妮格执导。作为剪影电影的先驱者，洛特用铰剪和纸张缔造出了一个使人惊奇的动画艺术天下。但是这类非凡的影象表达手法，却因庞大的工作量，而没有成为那时动画艺术中的支流。洛特正是把握了这类难以相比与超越的动画形式，配合莫扎特深厚的音乐旋律，建立起一座新颖的动画艺术丰碑。她也被以为是德国影坛的巨大人物之一。
