简　　介

　　母子配合經營的“諾曼汽車旅館”再度開張，新來的佃农請谨慎！在經過多年隔離與心理治療後，諾曼貝茲（安東尼柏金斯，「豪情之罪」）決定自己可以再次當個稱職的汽車旅館老闆，給他的佃农一個溫暖而血腥的接待；韓特警長、餐館老闆、以及女侍梅娜都認為諾曼已改頭換面，但事實上卻不是這麼一回事，剛購入製冰器的諾曼決定讓這台嶄新的機器增加一項新用处，實驗對象則是不知情的佃农們，加上總是只聞其聲，不見其人的諾曼"媽媽"在一旁推波助瀾，喜愛可骇片的觀眾即將再次領略驚聲尖叫的刺激快感；本片是由男配角安東尼柏金斯親自執導，並邀來澳洲籍演員傑夫法漢（「神鬼奇兵」、「鐵迷宮」）參與表演。
