◎简 介
为了给同事们一个好印象，马丁医生（奥兰多·布鲁姆 Orlando Bloom 饰）一向在做着不懈的尽力，可是天不遂人愿，即使如此，马丁仍然没有获得他想要的成功和信赖。十八岁的少女戴安妮（莱莉·科奥 Riley Keough 饰）由于肾病被转入了马丁地点的医院，马丁顺理成章的成为了她的主治医生。
在马丁的经心顾问下，戴安妮的病情逐步好转，可也就是在此进程中，马丁对善良美丽的戴安妮发生了超越了医患关系的复杂豪情。为了能将戴安妮更久的留在身旁，马丁偷偷篡改了她的药方，使得戴安妮的病情加重。一次偶然中，医护员吉米（迈克尔·佩纳 Michael Pena 饰）发现了马丁的奥秘，并非善类的吉米以此起头了对马丁的敲诈。
