今时分歧昔日的杰克很快在赌场上如鱼得水所向无敌，还狠狠地羞辱了多西·马查一回。但是马查也不是好惹的脚色，大发雷霆的他下决心要撤除杰克。但是灾患丛生，就在杰克在忙着躲避多西的围堵之时，命运竟奉告他得了了罕有的血液病，生命只剩下三天刻日……
