影片记录了一对兄弟从墨尔本陌头的小混混长大为滑板高手的进程。脾性急躁的哥哥Tas Pappas很早就停学，并加入美国的滑板圈。他最初身无分文，早晨只能睡在街边，但工作很快有了起色。天生酷爱滑板活动的弟弟Ben前来投靠他，兄弟二人的滑板技术逐步为人必定，但是就在此时势情再次发生起色。导演在影片中利用了大量的历史影象展现滑板这项活动中所蕴涵的魔力，这部电影既是对所谓“成功”的一次实在显现，也是对兄弟友谊的逼真赞叹。
Eddie Martin的导演童贞作Jisoe（2005）曾于St Kilda电影节获得观众挑选奖，其2008年的作品则曾获得AFI Awards最好记录长片的提名。
