◎简 介
《法老与众神》改编自《圣经》，报告摩西率领四十万名以色列人仆从，抵挡埃及法老拉美西斯迫害，超出红海、走出埃及的故事。摩西与法老拉美西斯二世原本情同骨肉，但摩西渐渐地意想到了自己的使命，那就是解救水深炽热衷备受奴役的犹太群众。拉美西斯拒绝了他的请求，并对犹太人展开了更残暴的屠杀。摩西的“神”降下“十灾”于埃及，以赏罚法老的罪行，别离是蝗灾、田鸡灾、虱子灾、苍蝇灾、血水灾、泡疮灾、冰雹灾以及黑暗之灾等。天主降下“十灾”以后，埃及堕入黑暗与紊乱，而遵行天主之命的摩西与自诩为神的拉美西斯在也渐渐走向对峙的场面，摩西率领四十万名希伯来人展开不朽旅程，逃离埃及与致命灾难。

.贝尔为了饰演摩西阅读大量古籍，包括《圣经》《古兰经》《摩西五经》以及路易斯·金斯堡撰写的《犹太人传奇》等等，以全方位的领会当初阿谁时代布景和摩西的生平。
.2014年共推出了两部圣经题材史诗大片，除了本片还有《诺亚》，偶合的是，克里斯蒂安·贝尔也是导演达伦·阿罗诺夫斯基中出演 诺亚 的第一人选。
