◎简 介
这部电影报告了一位已经饰演过超级豪杰的过气演员（迈克尔·基顿饰），希望经过出演一部舞台剧来拯救奇迹，可是跟他合作的狂妄男配角却威胁着要把一切工具都毁于一旦。艾玛将饰演这位过气演员的女儿，她自己也是题目缠身，刚刚从戒疗所里出来，以后做父亲的助手。
花絮
.电影的大部分场景都是在百老汇的圣詹姆斯剧院内拍摄。为了到达一镜到底的结果，演员们凡是需要一次完长大达15页剧本的内容，而且依照严酷的走位，不能有丝毫差池。
.开机前，伊纳里图给他的卡司成员们看了菲利浦·佩帝(著名杂技演员)在双子塔之间走钢丝的照片，他告诉他们“伙计们，这就是我们将要拍摄的电影。假如我们颠仆，我们将狼奔豕突”。
.三位主演都曾出演过著名的漫画改编脚色：迈克尔·基顿已经在蒂姆·伯顿执导的蝙蝠侠系列中饰演蝙蝠侠，爱德华·顿诺曾出演绿伟人，而艾玛·斯通在《奇异蜘蛛侠》中饰演格温·斯黛茜。
.电影开拍两周前，伊纳里图与迈克·尼科尔斯(《结业生》导演)一路共进晚饭。当被奉告伊纳里图筹算用一镜到底的方式拍摄《鸟人》时，尼科尔斯警告他这将会是一场灾难。可是伊纳里图并未有畏缩。
.拍摄时代，诺顿与基顿记录下了演员们NG的次数。艾玛·斯通出错最多，而扎克·加利费安纳基斯出错最少。
.诺顿与加利费安纳基斯都宣称自己是基顿的影迷。诺顿还列出了他小时辰最喜好的三部由基顿主演的电影，别离是《夜班》(1982)、《家庭主夫》(1983)与《甲壳虫汁》(1988)。
.迈克尔·基顿在2005年表演的影片《Game 6》与本片类似，也是以纽约戏剧界为布景，基顿的脚色一样履历着中年危机。
.本片是迈克尔·基顿6年来初次在一部影片中担任主演。他上一部主演的电影《The Merry Gentleman》是在2008年，而且是由他本人执导的。
