◎简 介
时运不济的纽约人马迪亚斯从父亲处继续了一间巴黎公寓，他来到巴黎预备将公寓卖掉，却意外发现屋子里有两个“钉子户”——来自英国的老女人马蒂尔德和女儿克洛伊，按照复杂的房产规定，假如房东卖掉屋子的话，多年的租户马蒂尔德将有权向马迪亚斯讨取月租，直到她归天为止。
