　　本片报告两名青年男人诡计飞越疯人院的“奋斗过程”。
　　男配角李秀明（吕珍九 Jin-gu Yeo 饰）因对母亲的自杀怀有惭愧心理而得了精神割裂症，后被亲生父亲送入精神医院，屡次转院，屡次申请出院，均被以各类缘由拒绝。面临从不探望的父亲，面临医院冰冷的治理，面临同院好友圣民（ 李民基 Min-gi Lee 饰）“自在”的引诱，秀明终极能否走出医院？
　　本片按照郑柚井（音译）同名原作改编，原作曾获得2009年第5届韩国天下文学奖。
