　　简介：《女巫们》也叫《历代的巫术》，可以看做是一部有关宗教巫术的准记录片。1919 到1921间丹麦导演创作了这部瑞典与丹麦合拍的超越时代佳构，并在该片中饰演魔鬼一角。这部影片构想新奇、外型技能高明、画面结构松散，应用富于表示力的特写镜头和行动感强的蒙太奇均很得当。可是由于宗教缘由，这部电影那时被瑞典和其他欧洲国家列为禁片，直到1929年，经过严酷删剪的版本才在美国出现。导演也由于那时Hollywood的纳贤口号而移居美国，但也并未得志，郁郁而终。这部作品的意义不但在于题材的敏感和手法的前卫，在视觉成就方面，本片无疑更是电影史上的俊彦之一。
