　　波士顿郊外的新英格兰，一幢陈腐的屋子烧毁破败。传闻很久之前，一位名叫弗莱德斯坦的科学家住在这里，他曾抓狂杀戮自己的妻女，今后酿成了一个吃人肉为生的可骇僵尸，存活已有上百年。虽然这些传闻有些荒诞无稽，但这幢屋子却是散发着不祥的气味，诸多居住于此的人终极都遭受了不幸。
