　　一位大型动物禁猎区的治理人Frank Walsh，他押运一艘载满了来自亚马逊、奇异又致命的大型动物的希腊运输船，其中包括一只极为罕有的红色美洲虎。不外致命的动物并不是船上最使人恐惧的生物，一支计划将一位政治暗杀杀手Richard Loffler偷渡去美国的小队也在船上。Loffler随后抛弃看管他的美国警官并放出了牢笼里的猛兽，使整艘船堕入极大的惊慌于紊乱当中。Frank必须找出既不危险动物也能保全船员平稳无恙的方式，同时还要提防疯狂的杀手。
