　　十五年前的万圣节，哈登菲尔德镇的六岁男孩迈克尔（威尔?拿丁 Will?Sandin 饰）用一把菜刀杀死了他的姐姐，当人们发现他时，他正双手血淋淋的呆望着天空，不管怎样问话，他连结着阿谁姿势一动也不动。因而，迈克尔被送进了精神医院。在那边，医生费尽了心机，用尽了各类方式，迈克尔还是呆望天空一动也不动。直到1978年的12月30日，迈克尔（东尼?莫兰 Tony?Moran 饰）似乎听到了某种呼唤，偷了精神医院的钥匙，单独偷走回到了故乡哈登菲尔德。一场新的杀戮行将起头……
