简　　介  

　　幼小的盖伊在母亲归天后被一个具有美国和日本两种血缘的家庭收养。在这类情况中长大的盖伊不但学会了日语，对日本的风尚也非常熟悉。珍珠港事务爆发了，盖伊的养怙恃因其日本血缘的怀疑而被送到了国际收留所，盖伊的两个哥哥以美国百姓的身份参了军，被派往欧洲作战。知晓日语的盖伊被美国水兵陆战队某部招为翻译，美军策动了攻打被日军占据的塞班岛的战争，盖伊也随军参战。战役中，盖伊的一个个好友纷纷中弹身亡，为避免流更多的血，盖伊请求前昔日军处劝降。身入险境的盖伊经太重重艰险，终究使岛上的日本军队放下兵器，接管了战争
