简　　介  

　　许怀谷（许冠文 饰）专职为人算命，但他现实上不外是预先汇集了客人的材料而且操纵了客人的心理，被人称为妙算。税务局局长夫人狐疑丈夫有外遇前来占卜，居然让许怀谷料中了疑似局长情人的名字。局长遭到妻子责骂后，决议派出评税员邱浩基（拂晓 饰）观察许怀谷的支出。观察时代，许由于头部受伤得了超才能，打仗到他人手脚便能看到对方的未来。浩基为了升职便要求许怀谷接近贩子洪森，希望能找到他瞒税的证据。起头时辰洪森处处躲避，当晓得许怀谷是个妙算后，便重金聘请二人。浩基借此机遇完全观察洪森……
