　　此片是《列宁格勒牛仔征美记》的续集，列宁格勒牛仔乐团收到了美国人的约请去纽约表演，没有签证的他们在墨西哥海关闯关成功来到了美国，这是他们前任队长米卢出现了，他号称在沙漠里获得了天主的拯救，已经洗心革面成为了像摩西一样的圣人，他许愿他们巡回表演后把他们带回故乡，由于故乡诞生了一头圣牛，为了庆贺，米卢决议盗走自在女神的鼻子作为献给圣牛的礼物，得逞后他们带着鼻子来到了法国、德国、捷克，一路上他们和CIA密探斗志斗勇，险象环生，而密探长时候和由于看了米卢送的圣经为之感导，成为了他们的一员，因而，这支并不高明的乐队为了这个崇高的胡想，一路卖唱，含辛茹苦，终究回到了西伯利亚的故乡
