◎简 介
在这部续集合，生产机械战警的泛消耗公司掌控着底特律城的治安，差人们因薪水迟迟不能到位而举行罢工。凯恩（Tom Noonan 饰）旗下的犯罪团体依靠制造风行各地的毒品“纽克”大发横财，社会治安极端废弛，处处是暴力事务。机械差人墨菲（Peter Weller 饰）清查毒品，将凯恩的制毒工场摧毁，由此被凯恩团伙匿伏，惨遭支解。与此同时，泛消耗公司趁市政府财政困难，凭条约欲将城市行政归入公司范围，泛消耗的新机械战警开辟计划频频失利，因而请到心理学家菲克斯介入设想，菲克斯修改墨菲的号令法式使其没法如常工作，从毛病法式摆脱出来的墨菲率领一干热血干警横扫凯恩总部，可是菲克斯却将凯恩革新成为庞大的机械战警，墨菲与凯恩的再次战役不成避免……
