剧情
5岁女孩莉萝（黛维·切斯配音）聪明善良，她最爱听猫王的老歌，也一向胡想具有一只属于自己的宠物狗。一天，莉萝在姐姐的帮助下收留了一只流浪狗，她给这只狗起名叫史迪仔（克里斯·桑德斯配音）并希望史迪仔可以给自己的生活增加一份兴趣。可是莉萝万万没有想到的是，史迪仔并不是不幸的流浪狗，而是来自外星球的长着六支脚的危险份子，只是在放逐中偷跑到地球上来的。
为了在地球上隐存身份，史迪仔只能“忍辱偷生”，把自己的两只脚藏起来，让自己看起来像是一只狗，在和莉萝相处的日子里，小女孩的善良纯真让她和史迪仔成了形影不离的好伙伴。但是另一方面，制造出史迪仔的外星人也发现他逃走了，因而立即尽力出动，即使要搜遍宇宙也要将其拘系归案！
当外星人终究在地球上发现了伪装的史迪仔时，他们绑架了莉萝想逼史迪仔就范，为了救回自己的好朋友，也为了证实自己不是无可救药的危险份子，史迪仔只要使出满身解数，放“脚”一搏了……

这部动画片表现了迪斯尼求新求变的指导思惟，引进了诸多科幻的元素，虽然并没有给人很是棒的感受，过于高耸。但影片的画面却是一改现在风行的三维动画建造，改用二维的水彩画风，复原了动画片原始的实在。全部故事画面的特点很是明显——海滩、冲浪、酒会、歌舞……一切都充溢着浓浓的夏威夷风情。再加上点迪斯尼风趣的搞笑小技能，可看性就更强了。影片并非迪斯尼最典范的作品，但很有现代认识，有教育感化，但没有一丝教条味，家长看了必定有同感。

.In a place far, far away, illegal genetic experiment #626 is detected: Ruthless scientist Dr. Jumba Jookiba has created a strong, intelligent, nearly indestructible and aggressive being with only one known weakness: The high density of his body makes it impossible for the experiment to swim in water. 本片是《星际宝贝》正宗续集，跟之前迪斯尼曾推出由《星际宝贝》电视影集引伸出的另一部影音产物首映《星际宝贝史迪奇》并分歧。本片回归原本电影，由原本电影故事来延续，故事的设定是紧接《星际宝贝》电影最初，比《星际宝贝史迪奇》及《星际宝贝》电视影集 发生的故事要早，是以不会发生 Stitch 寻觅其他625个尝试品的内容。本片故事是紧连当初电影，论述星际宝贝 Stitch 终究获得正式答应，今后跟小女孩 Lilo 住在夏威夷一同生活，Lilo 想要加入一年一度的草裙舞大赛，以此来延续母亲曩昔的名誉业绩，Stitch 也在一旁帮助 Lilo 预备参赛，但没多久却发生了怪事，已经快充实融入当地生活的 Stitch 不知为何有了一些小毛病，做出一些非常希奇的行为，难不成他故障了吗？ 原本看似小故障，但却越来越严重，甚至会风险到 Stitch 的生命。能处理题目标看来就只要 Stitch 的发现者－ Jumba 博士了，小女孩 Lilo 预备草裙舞角逐的同时，又要若何修睦她的星际宝贝呢?
