+ h' ]7 u- h, |8 { 一伙盗墓贼无意间震动古巴比伦遗址的封印，叫醒了沉睡4000年之久的吸血魔（桥本力 饰）。吸血魔携着暴风骤雨来到江户期间的日本，杀戮伊豆地域主座并附身其上，混进官府。人类没法看破吸血魔的伪装，只要住在官府水池内的河童（黑木现 饰）看清其真身，但气力悬殊，没法取胜。吸血魔嗜血如狂，甚至摧残儿童。河童集结其他魔鬼还击，一度占居上风。吸血魔伺机逃窜，未几东山复兴，变本加厉为害人世。为了庇护日本，河童等召集了全日本海?陆?空的百万魔鬼，誓要将吸血魔完全打败。
