　　謎の生命体に寄生され「ネクロボーグ」と化した人間たちの死闘を描いたホラーアクション「ミートボールマシン」のシリーズ第2弾。名バイプレイヤーとして数々の作品に出演する田中要次が映画初主演を務め、ダークヒーローとして活躍する中年男を演じる。借金の取り立て屋をしている野田勇次は、ノルマの額を回収することが出来ず、いつも下属になじられている冴えない50歳の中年男。さらにガンの宣布まで受け、生きる意欲もなくなる中、謎の生命体「ユニット」に寄生されてしまう。ユニットに寄生された人間はやがて品德を奪われたネクロボーグと化すはずが、勇次はなぜかネクロボーグにはならず、心のよりどころであったカヲルを守るため、次々と現れるネクロボーグたちと戦っていく。監督は「シン?ゴジラ」「進撃の伟人」の特别造形を手がけた西村喜廣。
