Jackson 饰）受命审判史蒂芬。绰号H的亨利手段残暴严酷，加上政府高层的纵容他越发有备无患。海伦反感这样惨无人性的不法手段，她想尽法子争取史蒂芬的信赖，终究让他说出其中一颗炸弹的暗访地址。
