◎简 介

.导演嘉兰描述影片中的“未来”相间隔我们只要“非常钟远”，并诠释“假如Google大概Apple的工程师明天就公布，他们制造出了像片中艾娃那样的机械人，我们会很受惊，但也不会太受惊”。
.影片原名Ex-Machina来自于拉丁语Deus Ex Machina，意义是“来自机械的神”。源自希腊悲剧，饰演神的演员会从舞台顶真个平台(机械)上降下来，处理剧中题目，后被引伸指意外介入而改变场面的人。
.影片三位首要脚色的名字都与圣经有联系。艾娃来自“伊娃”，天下上第一个诞生的女人，而内森是大卫身旁的一位先知。迦勒是由摩西派遣到新天下的特务，名字拼写与希伯来文的“虔诚”分歧。
.艾娃的脚色本来斟酌由菲丽希缇·琼斯(《万物理论》)饰演。
