电影相关：
·布拉德·道里夫饰演了一个在狱中的脚色，当他被问及若何在不被发觉下收支牢狱时，他答道：“It s child s play”。这句话在暗指他曾为1988年的《Child s Play》(灵异入侵)、1990年的《Child s Play 2》(鬼娃回魂2)和1991年《Child s Play 3》(灵异入侵少年军团)中的Chucky配音。

·影片改编自威廉·彼得·布拉蒂出书于1983年8月1日的小说《Legion》，但当初他并不愿卖出电影拍摄权，直到自己登上了导演的交椅。虽然片名定为“驱魔人3”，但小说和剧本中没有任何驱魔情节，制片方不能不在拍摄中决心加入了驱魔场景。
