　　《生命陆地》是IMAX1995年仲春上映的反应大海的一部记载片，它在显现给我们海底美丽与奇异的画面之外加倍偏重表示了人类与大海生生相息的关系，全片仅40分钟，但包括了很多内容：有先容海底风光的灿艳画面、也有与大海拚搏人们的豪情展现、还有研讨大海科学家们的寻思，固然也少不了夏日里面海边俊男美男。在《海中颜面展览会》中，我们欣赏到了海底的奇异天下，而在这部的反应大海的影片中，我们首要看到的是人类是若何与大海息息相关，人类是若何在大海的怀抱中保存，我们会看到岸边那红色的风帆随着日出划向大海的深处，伴着日落静静的停靠在岸边，我们还会看到本来依靠大海保存的土著部落现在是若何依靠科技装备带着下一代去明白大海的无穷奥秘，我们更会看到缤纷夏日中，分歧肤色欠亨种族的人们纵情享用大海带来的欢畅。也正由于如此，本片在观众中获得的评价是截然相反的，支持的人们以为这才是实在的大海，这才真正表示了人与大海的关系，而否决的人们则要求更多的精彩的海底画面。而导演Greg MacGillivray的拍摄本片的意图恰正是侧重表示人与大海的关系，正如片中的讲解“大海就是生命之源”，本片大旨不在美丽的画面而在思考生命与生命之源的关系。
