        英国自力建造公司Arrow Media今朝正在为这两家电视频道建造一部系列片，将直播国际空间站和休斯敦控制中心的实况。
        这档两小时的出格节目名为《Live From Space》，将经过国家地理频道在170个国家和地域播出，同时英国第四频道和国家地理天下频道（Nat Geo Mundo）将同步播出该节目。
        英国第四频道负责实在类出格节目标David Glover还预订了两部相枢纽目：展现国际空间站宇航员平常生活的《Astronauts: Living in Space》和表示空中控制中心职员工作场景的《Astronauts: Houston We Have a Problem》（两部节目标称号都是暂定，均为单集，每集60分钟）。
        节目中宇航员Rick Mastracchio和Koichi Wakata和空中工作职员Mike Massimino将接管采访。除了展现从太空中拍摄到的地球、流星、雷暴画面外，空间站中宇航员的生活以及从未直播过的太空尝试也是直播的首要内容。
       观众可以经过收集视频毗连与太空中的宇航员间接对话，他们的头像会被传输到太空中。
       这部直播节目将于3月首播，恰好与此前公布的由福克斯公司和国家地理频道联手开辟的13集系列片《宇宙：穿越时空的冒险》（Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey）的播出时候撞车。
