　　记载片导演Marshall Curry的童贞作，以纽约市Newark地域的市长竞选为题材，跟踪拍摄了2002年Cory Booker与连任16年的老市长Sharpe James之间，为了选票而各行其是的尽力，James操纵权柄，用各类不但彩的手段破坏Booker的竞选尽力，从中表现出了美百姓主竞选的不健全，同时也提到了黑人的种族轻视题目，及各类社会题目。
　　This documentary follows the 2002 mayoral campaign in Newark, New Jersey in which the Cory Booker attempted to unseat longtime mayor Sharpe James.
